If you are used to the fluffier elephant ear sponges, note that these are different.

Because of over harvesting, the fluffy ones are no longer available. These ones are thinner.

However they have a much finer grain and fewer imperfections, so we feel these are actually a better premium sponge than the others were.

If you got premium elephant ear sponges from us seven or eight years ago, you will be happy as these are the ones that used to be available back then.

Also: Please note that sponges are sea creatures. Expect natural variations in sizes and shapes. The premium sponges are graded to have the fewest imperfections.
