Mixed BFL Undyed White, Black or Multi – Colored Combed Top Ashland Bay Roving

BFL is one of the most popular spinning fleece breeds and we carry this in White, Black (The sheep are considered black because they are black at the skin, but the fleece actually grows out as a rich cocoa. We also have a lovely mixed BFL, which is a 75/25 blend of the natural white and natural black blue face Leicester, actually blending ecru colors – cream, light brown, and dark brown striping. The colors are lightly blended to provide the dyer limitless color possibilities with natural occurring shades. BFL is a wonderful fiber to begin with arguably the finest of all the longwools, with a killer feel and generous staple length. I’ll be happy to sell any amount of this on request if more or less is wanted.
