This is a great little drop spindle to take along when vacationing, rather than risk losing your favorite spindle, this is a great spindle to learn to spin with. Louet is known for its quality products. It is very well made and more affordable than the fancy, more expensive drop spindles. Spindle is approximately 12″ in length overall and the whorl is 4″ across. Smooth sanded and unlacqured. Weighs just a tad over 3 oz. Listing is for one spindle with fiber.

Spindle comes with 2 ounces of top quality spinning wool from heritage longwool breeds, such as BFL, Shetland, Cheviot, Polworth, Wensleydale and Gotland top. The white/cream wool is ecru and takes dye very well.
