Silica Grog is produced exclusively from virgin silica brick rejects. Advantages of this grog are price,
tightly controlled screen size, high purity and very consistent supply.
This grog is extremely refractory and will withstand temperatures above 3200 degrees F.
The mineralogy is low in quartz.
