Mallard Ultrafine 19.5 Micron Merino Top

These Yummy SUPERFINE merino colors put the softest of vivid colors at your fingertips. Introducing Color 19, Ashland Bay’s newest 19.5 micron merino wool. Colors as vivid as a meadow in bloom. And at an exceptionally soft, ultrafine 19.5 microns, it feels every bit as beautiful as it looks. Taking its cue from the gorgeous head coloring of a mallard drake, it is a beautiful and cooling blue – green. The first picture is the correct presentation for this colorway. My camera seems to have trouble with this one and the last two are showing as too much blue. Next to skin soft, this merino is excellent for spinning, wet and nuno felting, weaving into tapestries, as well as needle felting.
