Ruby Slipper Angelina

Dazzling Ruby Slipper (also called Fire Red by some) is a red influenced by hot pink, making it deep and floral or jewel in tone, just like Dorothy’s Magical Slippers. Ruby Slipper is very fine and silky, more so than typical Angelina and has a 4 inch staple. I am not only a retailer of Angelina but a wholesaler as well so will always have the lowest prices. Angelina is a very unique fiber, both light reflective and light refractive. A fun and fantastic embellishment fiber, adding depth, dimension, visible “texture” as well as bling. You’ll frequently see it mixed in with yarn, felting, art batts and the like. For spinning or making art batts (or roulags), just a few fibers do a lot! Blended with other fibers in amounts as small as 2%, it gives sparkle and highlight to your projects, whether it’s yarn, batts or felt. You can just “add a tad” while spinning singles or sprinkle a bit into your carder or blending board to liven up any color mix. To felt, simply lay it on top of your project or between your wool and the wool will tack it down. If layering between the wool, you’ll want just a thin over-layer of wool so that you don’t hide the wonderful sparkle and brightness of the Angelina. First picture is best. My camera doesn’t pick up the subdued accents in this beautiful fiber and makes it look too one dimensional. Raspberry Sparkle is straight cut.

I will have many other colors listed (just a few pictured in the last two photos), as well as a few collections, where you can acquire a nice selection of colors in small portions, all in the same listing. These collections are of .1 oz each color, .25 oz of each color, or .5 oz of each color. I also have collections of just basic Angelina colors (only one pink, one red, one green, etc…) These collections contain 5 (your choice), 15, 30, 50, 75, 85 or more count colors. The largest collections carry the same size portion choices of 70 or more colors/types. I will also customize your collections if you like.
