Recycled Sari Silk Sliver, for spinning, felting and embellishing. Ultra soft, and made up of countless colors – some will be more red, others more gold, green or blue, maybe even all the above, all muted by the smokey silver tones mixed in for the “silver lining” effect. The silver shading creates an Impressionist look to this one. Yup, it’s a keeper:-) This is one of my newest and very favorites. Card or Blend it into Art Batts, apply it in strips or tufts to your nuno felting, and spin it/ply it in your OOAK Art Yarns! Shown in first three pics in various lighting and against different backgrounds which bring out different colors in the sliver. Unbelievably SOFT and gorgeous!
