Very old Pacifica wheels tend to use the 50″ belts. The best thing to do is to measure your existing belts:

MEASURE YOUR BELTS: If they are anything less than 50″ then they are 42″: even if they are 49.5″ they are 42″ belts: they do not shrink: only stretch.
If anything over 50″ go with the 50″ ones.
